Music Association - is a prominent organization based in Ernakulam for the welfare and advancement of music workers in Kerala. Established in 2011, this organization is registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Moral Societies Registration Act (EKM/TC/18/2014) and registered with the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy (197/PFLK/2020)

The organization has been able to provide financial assistance of about Rs. 20 lakhs, including emergency assistance, to its members and colleagues in the music industry. This includes financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh each to the family in the event of the death of a member. In addition, every year, the organization presents educational awards to the children of its members who achieve high achievements, honors senior artists, and provides opportunities for the family members of the members to showcase their talents at the events of this association.

The organization's leadership style is to intervene in the music industry in a timely manner and try to find solutions. As the name suggests, this organization is a coordinating body of music workers working throughout Kerala.

മ്യൂസിക്ക് അസോസിയേഷൻ - കേരളത്തിലെ സംഗീതപ്രവർത്തകരുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനും ഉന്നമനത്തിനുമായി എറണാകുളം ആസ്ഥാനമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന പ്രമുഖ സംഘടനയാണ്. 2011 ൽ സ്ഥാപിത മായ ഈ സംഘടന തിരുവിതാംകൂർ - കൊച്ചി സാഹിത്യ , ശാസ്ത്രീയ , ധാർമിക സംഘങ്ങൾ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ആക്റ്റ് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതും (EKM/TC/18/2014) കേരള സംഗീത നാടക അക്കാദമിയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതും (197/PFLK/2020) ആകുന്നു.

അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും സംഗീതരംഗത്തുള്ള സഹപ്രവർത്തകർക്കും അടിയന്തരാവശ്യസഹായങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഏകദേശം 20 ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ സാമ്പത്തികസഹായം നൽകാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതിൽ അംഗത്തിന്റെ മരണത്തിൽ കുടുംബത്തിന് 1 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വീതം ധനസഹായവും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. കൂടാതെ, എല്ലാ വർഷങ്ങളിലും അംഗങ്ങളുടെ കുട്ടികളിൽ ഉന്നതവിജയം നേടുന്നവർക്ക് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അവാർഡുകൾ സമ്മാനിക്കൽ, മുതിർന്ന കലാകാരൻമാരെ ആദരിക്കൽ, അംഗങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ കൂട്ടായ്മയുടെ പരിപാടികളിൽ അവരുടെ കഴിവുകൾ പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാൻ അവസരങ്ങൾ നൽകൽ തുടങ്ങിയുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഈ സംഘടന ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്.

സംഗീതരംഗത്തെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളിലേക്ക് സമയോചിതമായി ഇടപെട്ട് പരിഹാരം കണ്ടെത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതാണ് സംഘടനയുടെ നേതൃത്വശൈലി. പേര് സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ തന്നെ, ഈ സംഘടന കേരളമൊട്ടാകെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന സംഗീതപ്രവർത്തകരുടെ ഏകോപനസംഘടനയാണ്.

ഓരോ വർഷവും പൊതുയോഗം ചേർന്ന് ആ വർഷത്തെ വരവ് ചിലവുകണക്കുകൾ ഓഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് പൊതുയോഗത്തിൽ അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും ജനാധിപത്യ രീതിയിൽ ഭാരവാഹികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. പിന്നണിഗായകരും സംഗീതസംവിധായകരും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള നിരവധി പ്രശസ്ത സംഗീതപ്രവർത്തകർ ഈ സംഘടനയുടെ ഭാഗമാണ്.
